The SMFM Associate Member Representative (AMR) position allows associate members to be more involved with SMFM leadership in a larger capacity than the Class Representative (CR). SMFM hopes to identify future leaders in the field and kindle that interest as a stepping stone to career-long leadership within SMFM and the Foundation for SMFM.
