    EPIC. 
    However, the reporting system for OBGYN ultrasound will soon change to AS-OBGYN (which interfaces nicely with EPIC). 
    Although I like (not love) EPIC, its "native" ultrasound reporting system is not good, IMO.

    EPIC as our EMR (both inpatient and outpatient). AS OBGYN for ultrasound reporting.
