Antoinette Leonard-Jean Charles, EdD, MS, is a dedicated researcher and educator specializing in maternal-fetal health, medical education reform, and health equity. With a background in exercise science, nutrition, and medical education, her work critically examines the intersection of race, health disparities, and systemic inequities in obstetric care. Her research and advocacy focus on improving outcomes for marginalized communities by challenging outdated frameworks in medicine and promoting evidence-based, patient-centered practices.
