  • Queenan Global Health Awards

    The Foundation for SMFM has diligently furthered advancements in maternal-fetal medicine through programs such as the Queenan Global Health Awards. This program aims to train current and future leaders in perinatal health to partner in advancing obstetrics in low- and middle-income countries around the globe, where a disproportionate burden of adverse outcomes occurs.
     
    MFM fellows and practicing MFMs are eligible to apply for the following opportunities: 
     
    • International Agency Mentored Research Fellowship at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Up to $15,000)
    • International Agency Mentored Research Fellowship at a Geneva-based agency (Up to $15,000)
    • Seed Funding for Investigator-Initiated Research Project (Up to $15,000)
    • Visiting Teaching Fellowship (up to $5,000)


    Applications are due by Monday, September 2, 2024.

  • It's Time to Renew Your Membership!

    Thank you for being a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine! This is a reminder that you need to renew your membership for the 2024-2025 cycle. 

    We are committed to supporting maternal-fetal medicine clinicians and all other physicians and practitioners worldwide by providing education, promoting research, and engaging in advocacy efforts to optimize the health of all individuals who desire or experience pregnancy.


    Renew your membership by Friday, May 31, to avoid losing access.

  • ONLINE COMMUNITY LOG IN UPDATE

    On Monday, March 25 at approximately 12:00 PM EST, SMFM Communities will no longer be connected to the SMFM website via single sign-on. Members should continue using the same email address they use to login to the SMFM website but will be required to reset your password to access the communities.
