Hi Alison,
We have been doing 2 shifts of staff physicians rotating clinic and L&D coverage with a 24 hour rotating call person. For MFM coverage we are trying not to have all members of the division in the hospital at the same time, with 1-2 of the 3 working from home on each day. (We're a bit more strapped recently with several generalist physicians deploying on a hospital ship)

Are you consolidating coverage - eg a day attending and a night attending for several consecutive days - to limit the number of people interacting with each other?
