    ​Any thoughts from the group regarding racial disparity and its impact on maternal mortality and morbidity.  Conversations  have now begun to include institutional racism.  Recent meeting in New York State has started to address this.  Thoughts?

    Tough question... I'm not aware of any interventions that have been proven to reduce implicit bias. I've been intrigued by this paper, which found that greater clinical acuity worsens implicit bias:

    It suggests to me that burnout / understaffing worsens implicit bias.
