Yes. The MFM fellow can obtain the images as long as you interpret the images yourself for the report. Depending on your specific unit circumstance, you may need to add modifier -26 to indicate that you are only billing for the professional component of reading that study.

A follow-up ultrasound (76816) may be performed to reassess one or more organs, and/or to remeasure one or more structure, including the necessary biometry to obtain an estimation of fetal weight. This is correct billing as long as you have an indication for the study. I would not recommend billing 76815 (limited) for that.
